Description:
Be part of our expanding Breeding Information Team as a Process Analyst (m/w/d) for our office of KWS SAAT SE CO KGaA in Einbeck (Lower Saxony, Germany) and support our breeding activities and innovation at your level.
This position is to be vacant in full-time employment and with an unlimited contract.
Join us to lead the digital transformation by transitioning from legacy systems to innovative tools, ensuring smooth software rollouts, and collaborating with product owners to create precise solutions. You’ll drive efficiency with process experts, champion centralized software adoption, and build strong collaboration networks among users.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and facilitate interactions with expert users to map breeding processes
- Analyze and document breeding processes to identify areas for standardization and improvement, with a special focus on seed inventory and field & greenhouse activities
- Create process maps, flowcharts, and other visual representations of processes following the KWS best practices and tools (SAP Signavio, BPMN 2.0)
- Collaborate with station experts for the implementation of software in the breeding stations
- Support with technical set up of hardware and IT infrastructure during initial stages of software implementation
- Coordinate and prepare workshops and trainings to implement software and special hardware in breeding
- Write user manuals, technical guides, and best practices for seed inventory management, and field & greenhouse operations
- Undertake 1st and 2nd level support of software used in breeding
- Scout external software and hardware with potential to improve seed inventory and field & greenhouse operations
- Conduct gap analysis between legacy systems to identify the path forward for process optimization and digitalization
