JOB DESCRIPTION
Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of related experience
Preferred Skills/Experience
- Conceptual knowledge of fundamental theories, principles and practices, and basic understanding of business operations
- Effective influence, change management, and coaching skills
- Strong technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation, and controls
- Effective verbal and written presentation and communication skills
