Description:

Imagine a future where you support the entire organisation to create and optimise business processes and enhance organisational efficiency
Join us in this role where you’ll be part of a team of process and change management experts, helping to create a world that runs entirely on green energy. You’ll be supporting process owners and content creators in design, analysis, and improvement of processes and documents in our ISO certified management system, enabling all colleagues globally to better understand their role and execute their daily work.

Responsibilities:

YOU’LL PLAY AN IMPORTANT ROLE IN:

  • maintaining a robust overview of the entire process landscape, ensuring that all critical activities are captured and there’s alignment and strong interfaces across technologies, regions, and departments
  • acting as a main point of contact for our stakeholders, answering questions, and offering expert advice on process mapping, change management, ISO compliance, and our integrated management system
  • driving our agenda for standardisation and optimisation through detailed analysis of existing processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, overlaps, and areas for improvement
  • supporting stakeholders globally with process development, improvement, and standardisation through delivery of workshops and facilitation of process mapping
  • securing the highest levels of quality in our processes by conducting quality assurance checks and analysis to ensure they’re simple, easy to follow, value creating, and match internal conventions
  • advising and coaching on change management principles and best practice to secure the robust rollout and implementation of processes across the organisation.

TO SUCCEED IN THE ROLE, YOU:

  • have experience of working with process management systems and are familiar with process mapping techniques, principles, and best practice – experience with ISO standards would be an advantage
  • are a skilled facilitator and presenter, fluent in spoken and written English, with experience of delivering workshops and training, who is able to communicate complex information in a simple, easy to follow manner
  • are experienced in change management with an understanding of principles and techniques required to plan, control, implement, and embed effective change to processes and ways of working
  • have project management experience and know how to scope, plan, and structure tasks and activities to deliver and implement on time and on budget
  • love working with a variety of stakeholders with different needs and have a natural ability to network and build respectful, collaborative relationships
  • have a positive, can-do attitude and are solution orientated, independently solving complex problems with a pragmatic, structured approach and an understanding of the business needs of our partners.
Maybe you’ve read the above and can see you have some transferable skills, even though they don’t quite match all the points. If you think you can bring something to the team, we still encourage you to apply.
