Process Associate Engineer

Process Associate Engineer is responsible to support the engineering activities and daily production activities reliably and efficiently.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum diploma in material / electrical / electronics/ mechatronics/ microelectronics engineering or similar discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in front-end process such as Lithography, Wet Etch or Thin Film
• Experience working in semiconductor manufacturing environment
• Experience in SPC
• Able to work under various shift pattern. The selected candidate will start with office hours, and eventually transition to 12-hour rotating shift between day and night

• Assist Process Engineers in
• Process recipe setup and qualification for production
• Process monitoring and improvement
• Troubleshoot process-related issue
• Disposition and holding of lots
• Data collection
• Ensure process integrity for machines is in place for production.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the production area
• Co-ordinating with line operators/supervisors to ensure work is carried out efficiently to meet module objectives and that SOPs are strictly followed.
