Responsibilities

  • Manages customer concerns with the objective of maintaining positive customer relationship with the organization
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives
  • Respond to customer queries and provide solutions over the phone
  • Review previous inquiries and responses, gathering and researching information
  • Verify customer information as part of due diligence

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must meet and maintain the required language proficiency requirements.
  • Willing to work different shifts including night, weekend schedules and overtime
  • Ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level in a comprehensible manner.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • BPO or contact center experience (Collections or Customer Service background)
