The position is responsible for supporting and assisting Procurement Activities, raise PR, receive/submit invoices to AP, PO Spend control, PCard Payments & Expense Report in Concur for Non-PO Suppliers,
Support e-Procurement activities.

What will you be doing?

  • Support Procurement activities as PR creation/ reception in ARIBA, receive/ submit invoices to ESKER- AP after approval from BU Stakeholder
  • PCard payments for non-PO´s suppliers
  • Spend reports for PO´s & non-PO´s suppliers (Concur)
  • ESKER Aging resolution
  • Resolve payments delays issues including action plans to prevent cut off.
  • Participates in projects as needed, such as, creation of SOP’s, training documents and reference tools.

This position is a B2 level
What will you need to be successful?
Requirements:

Education:

  • High school diploma required
  • Bachelor´s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration is nice to have.

Language:

  • English Level B2 (minimum required).

Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excel Basic Level
