This position is aimed at creative engineers who are passionate about technical challenges and want to devote themselves fully to the design and optimization of innovative R&D solutions. It is ideally suited to those who prefer the technical side of creative engineering to management, and who are driven by a passion for excellence in automation and robotic systems development.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in automated production engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics engineering or robotics engineering
- 2 to 7 years’ experience
- Innovative and creative, but above all passionate

- Ability to work under pressure.
- Experience in an R&D environment
- Knowledge of mechanical systems

Responsibilities:
- Interdisciplinary collaboration: Work closely with project managers and the existing R&D technical team (automation, mechanical, software, electrical) to develop a state-of-the-art robotic system to automate the storage of garments on hangers for global e-commerce platforms.
- Research and development: Assume an active role in R&D, involving both computer-aided design work and hands-on experimentation in the company’s dedicated laboratory to test and evaluate robot behavior. The aim is to finalize the development of an initial system right through to its market-ready status.
- Technical project management: Take charge of end-to-end automation tasks, including PLC programming, IT systems management and supervision of electrical panel design.
- Collaborative innovation: Actively participate in all project brainstorming sessions, contributing to idea generation and problem solving.
- Mechanical design: Collaborate on an ad hoc basis with mechanical engineers to contribute to the development and design of the system’s mechanical components.
