Description:

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with automation technologies (e.g., Power Platform, RPA, AI, other workflow automation tools).
  • Understanding of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#) and scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, VBA, JavaScript).
  • Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologie.
  • Ability to analyze and map out business processes.
  • Competence in creating process documentation and technical specifications.
  • Experience with integrating automation solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Knowledge of API integrations and web services.
  • Strong diagnostic and analytical skills to identify and resolve issues in automated systems.
  • Ability to manage automation projects.

SOFT SKILLS:

  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Process Analysis and Design: Evaluate existing business processes to identify areas for automation. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflow challenges.
  • Development and Implementation: Develop, test, and deploy automation scripts, bots, and workflows using appropriate tools and technologies. Ensure that automated solutions are reliable, maintainable, and scalable. Integrate automation systems with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
  • Maintenance and Support: Monitor the performance of automated systems to ensure they operate smoothly and efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or bugs that arise in automation processes. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed automation solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest automation technologies, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement enhancements to existing automation solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Conduct regular reviews of automated processes to identify further optimization opportunities.
  • Documentation and Training: Create and maintain detailed documentation for automated processes, including technical specifications and user guides. Provide training and support to end-users and team members on the use and benefits of automation tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT, operations, and other relevant departments to ensure successful implementation and integration of automation projects. Communicate progress, challenges, and results of automation initiatives to stakeholders and management. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure all automation processes comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and internal policies. Implement and maintain security best practices within automation solutions to protect sensitive data and systems.
