Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Knowledge of process equipment on oil & gas site is essential.
  • Both brown field and green field experience is desirable.
  • Experience in Procedure writing and reviewing Commissioning procedure.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawing, PID,PFD and Isometric drawings
  • Ability to lead/supervise a multifunctional team, undertaking commissioning activities
  • Interphase with other key discipline/department to ensure integration of activities
  • Implement and ensure the site contractor test the subsystem/system as per Commissioning management plan, test sheet, procedure.
  • Can produce technically accurate, complete and easy to understand documents.
  • Liaise with database engineer to verify/or identify subsystem/System mark-up and correcting systemisation.
  • Carry out testing equipment testing, process commissioning ,process optimisation on site.
  • Trouble shooting and investigating problems and diagnosing and repairing faults.
  • Making improvements to process, and offering advice about, operational procedures and gathering and analysing performance and safety data.
  • Ensuring safe working conditions.

WHAT YOU ‘CAN DO’

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Process, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering.
  • Experience: At least 3+ years of broad-ranging experience in upstream oil and gas. Your background should include skills in planning, project management, field commissioning and operations.
  • Technical Skills: Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with relevant software applications.
  • Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills are essential. You’ll be responsible for evaluating data and making informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills are crucial. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, interact with joint venture partners, and provide clear technical advice.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work well with others is vital. You’ll coordinate in-house or consultant studies, engage in discussions, and foster positive relationships.
  • Adaptability: Given the dynamic environment, you should thrive in responding to diverse demands and frequently changing priorities and have an innate ability to work independently and prioritise.
