We are looking for a Process Consultant PLM & DMS to join our Group and help drive innovation within Endress+Hauser Infoserve. As part of our team, you’ll be instrumental in optimizing our product lifecycle management and document management systems, making a real impact on our company’s efficiency and success. Responsibilities:
WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT?
Do you enjoy solving complex process challenges? Are you passionate about harmonizing and improving product lifecycle management? If so, this role might be perfect for you. As a Process Consultant PLM & DMS, you’ll be crucial in enhancing our processes and systems, working closely with various stakeholders across our organization to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement. This position is situated within our corporate IT team, where you’ll collaborate with cross-functional experts.
WHICH TASKS WILL YOU PERFORM?
You will:
- Advise departments on all PLM-specific questions, ensuring alignment with best practices and company goals.
- Collaborate with departments to perform process analyses and redesign existing processes for better efficiency.
- Develop solution concepts based on departmental requirements with a focus on process harmonization.
- Define system architecture while considering our IT strategy and business needs.
- Perform system customizing, describe development tasks, hand them over to developers, and manage testing and documentation.
Lead PLM projects and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) related to document management.Participate in various committees within and outside Endress+Hauser, such as the CAD Admin Circle and DSAG.
