As a process consultant senior within the Finance Systems & Process (FSP) Portfolio Management Organization (PMO) Change Management team, you’ll work with project teams and business sponsors to create and execute on the change strategy for medium to large projects in the FSP. In this role, you’ll partner with different business areas within the Corporate Finance organization to continuously improving our existing internal processes. You’ll also assist with simplification and quality efforts to ensure change management services are aligned and implemented on projects.
This is a remote position. Occasional travel to Cleveland, Ohio, for occasional in-person meetings is required (estimated at approximately twice per year).

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of eight years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)
  • {OR} Bachelor’s degree or higher and a minimum of five years of experience in business process (e.g. end-to-end process development, process design, etc.) and/or back-end business systems (e.g. systems enhancements, testing and analyzing systems, etc.)

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Knowledge of change management principles and methodology (PROSCI, ADKAR, etc.)
  • Experience leading medium or large cross-product/functional projects and supporting multiple sponsor groups at the same time (i.e., Product, Operations, Marketing etc.)
  • Experience developing process improvements
  • Strong planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills
