This roster is 8/6 (days) – 7/7 (nights) and a 12-hour day.

About the role
Reporting to the Fixed Plant Mechanical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the materials handling, pumping and ventilation infrastructure that supports our underground mining operations. Key responsibilities include:
Monitoring, controlling and coordinating fixed plant systems
Managing start-up, operation and shutdown
Liaising between maintenance, operations and production personnel
Reporting on performance, faults and breakdowns
Driving continuous improvement initiatives
Your focus will be on maximising safety, efficiency and plant availability whilst upholding production targets.
About you
You will have a strong technical knowledge having previously worked in process control in other mining operations. You will also be a great communicator linking up various stakeholders and proactively driving optimization and efficiencies.
