JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Process Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality along with the smooth workflow of ongoing tasks in our office in Cracow, supporting employees both US and Poland, and closely working with Andea’s executive team.

Duties

  • Create and implement standard operating procedures to ensure process efficiency.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of QMS processes.
  • Train co-workers on process-related matters and provide ongoing support.
  • Act as a liaison between departments to ensure effective communication regarding processes.
  • Coordinate change management activities to ensure smooth transitions during process updates.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in internal quality audits.
  • Implement new software tools to automate processes.
  • Cooperating closely with other departments (Administration, HR, Finance, IT, Sales and Marketing) and external parties.
  • Taking up any task that comes on the way! It is a developing team with roles that are expanding.

Required skills

  • At least two years of relevant job experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Expected to complete projects within specified deadlines
  • Ability to analyze data and processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Very good knowledge of English (B2/C1)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent planning, and organizational skills with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Accuracy and high level of attention to detail in every aspect of work
  • Professional approach to work, strong sense of responsibility and reliability
  • Quality-oriented mindset
  • Proactive and “can-do” attitude
