As a Specialist Process Design & Optimization you are supporting all business units of flatexDEGIRO Group in assessing and improving processes throughout the company. Process Design & Optimization ensures the appropriateness and up-to-datedness of the company’s written framework and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g. MaRisk and KWG) and internal policies.

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree with a focus in Economics or Business Informatics
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Process Management & Optimization
• Very good knowledge of instruments and methods in process management e.g. modelling standards (BPMN 2.0) and techniques of process recording
• Good knowledge of banking law and standards / regulations (esp. MaRisk, BAIT, KWG)
• Good understanding of the IT organizational or operational best practice (e.g. ITIL, or

• Assess processes throughout the company by conducting workshops and interviews with
• the subject matter experts (Main focus Banking or IT processes)
• Support business units in assessing processes and related documentation for the written
• framework
• Continuous improvement of Banking / IT processes
• Create and update documents following the requirements from internal policies and
• standard operating procedures
• Participation in the design and implementation of resolutions for regulatory requirements
• Participation in the processual design and implementation of new commercial activities
