WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THIS POSITION:
The developer’s task is to be 100% part of the R&D operation within the plant. He/she must be reviewing the manufacturing process of the product, how they are being made. He is also in charge of trials for new flavors, new projects and innovations.
JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous R&D experience.
- Experience in cosumer goods (nice to have)
- Experience in the food industry (nice to have)
- Advanced english level
- cakes & pastries experience (Nice to have)
- intermediate statistic knowledge
