BIOVECTRA Inc. has an opening for a Process Development Technician, Analytical-14 Month-Term. This is a 14 Month-term position based out of our Dartmouth, Nova Scotia facility
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Process Development Analytical Services Scientists in routine testing to support development work in the PD group through solution and reagent preparation and routine analysis.
- Performing analysis using various instrumental techniques.
- Maintaining accurate, real-time records of all laboratory activities.
- Data entry and trending data using excel or other computerized systems.
- Calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment.
- General housekeeping duties to maintain cleanliness of laboratory equipment and workspaces.
- Overseeing inventory of reagents, chemicals, and supplies in the Analytical PD laboratory.
- Complying with approved safety practices for the laboratory facility.
- Additional duties assigned, based on business needs and the department supervisor’s request.
