The Transformation Team is looking for a Process Documentation Specialist to support business process changes that are central to Benevity’s strategic goals. This vital role involves documenting and enhancing business processes, working closely with business process owners to drive operational efficiency, consistency, and success. You will be responsible for eliciting and documenting business processes in their current and future states, analyzing errors to identify improvement opportunities, and developing data-driven solutions. Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Business Process Analysis and Design:

  • Document process models, including flowcharts and diagrams
  • Assist in creating job aids and similar process documentation to support end users with daily operations
  • Conduct gap analysis of existing processes and identify inter-related workflows
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and pain points
  • Propose innovative solutions to streamline processes and enhance productivity

Document Management:

  • Create and update essential documents, such as Business Requirements, and Solution Design Documents
  • Maintain accurate and organized records to facilitate effective communication across teams
  • Assist in the design and implementation of process and document maintenance workflows that keep resources up-to-date

Support Implementation of Solutions:

  • Provide technical expertise for implementing business solutions in our business systems
  • Ensure solutions are delivering targeted benefits

Testing and Training:

  • Assist in creating testing plans and participate as a business process tester
  • Support the development of training plans and testing materials
  • Ensure end-users are well-prepared for process changes
