Description:

We are looking for a Process Engineer to support the improvement of engineering processes, assist in the testing and optimisation of engineering tools, and help bridge documentation gaps.

This role will focus on increasing process efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and tools used in engineering projects. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to support on innovative process optimisation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics preferred).
  • Exposure to engineering technologies and project work.
  • Basic understanding of engineering principles and technologies (e.g., automation, hardware selection).
  • 2+ years hands-on experience to testing and modifying engineering systems.
  • Interest in learning and applying simulation tools, robotics, and IoT-based solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative team mindset.
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sound time management skills and ability to multitask.
  • Confident in communicating with stakeholders

Responsibilities:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This role will primarily focus on increasing process efficiency, ensuring accurate documentation, and contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and tools used in engineering projects.

  • Assist in evaluating and improving existing engineering systems (SolidWorks PDM, automation, AI, hydraulics).
  • Support the development and testing of prototypes for new engineering solutions.
  • Help improve manufacturing processes by testing and modifying engineering technologies.
  • Assist with the integration of smart technologies (IoT, sensors) to monitor and optimise system performance.
  • Work alongside senior engineers to retrofit existing systems with new technologies and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure smooth technology implementation and project progress.
