- Provides on-going support for NTI and NPI activities and rollout support for NTI and NPI programs.
- Contributes to the Global Process Engineering team by supporting requests from other factories and by participating in local and remote phone calls and meetings.

Responsibilities:
- Supervision and creation of product development processes and methods, trying to find the most appropriate solutions to obtain greater efficiency and that the items have the desired characteristics.
- Define activities related to prototype manufacturing. From planning, manufacturing, packaging, to shipping.
- Maintains product health: monitors and reports product performance and results and performs technical and Development/Technology/Engineering related activities.
- Responsible for continuous improvement. Responsible for making production cost effective, maximizing quality, and using available resources efficiently.
- Specification registration and creation of BOM’s in Oracle.
- Provides Process Engineering support for the local operations.
- Executes decision making to solve complex problems involving extensive research, analysis, and evaluation of multiple variables.
- Contributes ideas and analysis of the potential programs to provide added value to Operations.
- Provides on-going support for NTI and NPI activities and rollout support for NTI and NPI programs.
