YOUR SKILLS

  • Bachelor (or higher) in Chemical, Process or Industrial Engineering
  • 3-5 years in process engineering, ideally in detergent or chemical manufacturing
  • Process control, improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean) and production management
  • Strong troubleshooting and innovation skills
  • Proficient in using data and statistical tools for process improvements
  • Experience leading process improvement projects
  • Familiarity with automation and digital manufacturing tools preferred
  • Strong verbal and written skills, both in German and English

Responsibilities:

  • Optimize Processes: Improve production efficiency, quality and cost through process control
  • Troubleshoot Issues: Identify and resolve process-related problems to minimize downtime
  • Drive Improvements: Lead CI initiatives to enhance productivity and minimize waste
  • Equipment Maintenance Support: Assist in the optimization and troubleshooting of production equipment
  • Implement New Processes: Design and execute new or improved processes to meet production goals
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work with production, maintenance and quality for streamlined operations
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key process metrics to drive improvements
  • Analyze Data: Use production data to drive improvements and document processes
  • Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities in the production process
  • Train Staff: Provide training on new procedures and technologies
