JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Zeeco is seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our Krefeld office team near Düsseldorf, Germany. You’ll be part of a group of industrial experts dedicated to sharing knowledge with the next generation of engineers. This role requires a deep understanding of Zeeco’s product range, particularly within the Incinerators Division, and the technical requirements of these systems. Zeeco provides comprehensive incinerator systems, including heat recovery and scrubber technologies, designed to ensure safe and energy-efficient waste treatment. As part of our global team, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of complex process units for our clients worldwide.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, with relevant experience in process plant engineering or a related field.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support to our Sales & Application team by reviewing customer requirements and specifications to identify optimal technical and commercial solutions.
  • Prepare and review Turn-Over Packages for the Project Execution team, including process calculations, equipment sizing, and evaluation of sub-vendor quotes.
  • Utilize advanced process simulation and emissions measurement tools to design and fine-tune our process plants.
  • Establish design standards and project-specific limits.
  • Conduct final design reviews before release to fabrication.
  • Support Project Execution and Service teams with on-site activities, including troubleshooting and plant inspections.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
  • Conduct engineering studies for new installations or plant retrofits.
