Process Engineer

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Education: Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related natural sciences. Organic chemistry focus is a plus!
• Experience: At least 2+ years in process installations, optimizations, and troubleshooting in industrial-scale chemical production. Bonus points for experience with distillation and spray tower operations!
• Skills: Strong understanding of IT systems like ERP, MES, or SCADA and proficient in Excel or similar software for data analysis and statistical work.
• Mindset: Analytical, systematic thinker who loves tackling challenges with innovative solutions.
• Languages: Fluent in written and spoken English.

Timeline & Location:

• Start with 6–12 months of training in Denmark.
• Move to Malaysia for the exciting expansion project.
• Travel between Denmark and Malaysia as part of your journey.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM10,177.98 - RM15,000.16 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

• Oversee the setup of new production plants and processes in Malaysia.
• Create and update technical specifications for process equipment.
• Take part in major investment projects, providing your expertise on production processes.
• Manage the installation and upgrades of equipment, while leading process improvements.
• Troubleshoot product and process issues, finding solutions to keep things running smoothly.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to make production more efficient.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, safety, and automation to tackle urgent challenges.
