The West Hill facility began its operations in 1962, The first operation at the West Hill site consisted of a custom blending facility for a major Canadian oil and gas company. In 1992, the property at 565 Coronation Drive was purchased. It currently houses offices, a research and development laboratory and a finished goods warehouse.
Today, around 100 employees work at the West Hill facility where we manufacture Grease and Specialty Additives. Our grease is used to keep machinery running smoothly in food processing, manufacturing, marine, power generation and many other industries. Our Specialty Additives and lubricants are used in automotive, marine and aviation oils, transmission fluids and fuels to enhance performance and extend engine life.This facility is registered under the ISO 9001 quality management and ISO 14001 environmental management standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • B.S. in Engineering (Chemical) is required
  • P. Eng. certification an asset, or ability to be certified in Ontario within 2 years
  • 2-5 years experience in similar role
  • Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities and a strong awareness of larger team/department strategies and customer needs
  • Training in at least one process improvement methodology (such as Six Sigma or Lean) is preferred
  • Experience with some project work is preferred
