Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design of equipment using HYSIS or similar software, including heat integration and emissions calculations on a plant-wide basis.
- Build collaborative client relationships that effectively manage their needs and communicate the integration of Questor’s systems.
- Size equipment such as pumps, heat exchangers and fans
- Ensure designs are in compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
- Perform testing of new designs and generate reports/presentations to inform the team
- Create engineering drawings for review, approval, and construction
- Perform process calculations with the use of analysis software
- Support the sizinging, designing and optimization of incinerators and ORC Heat to Power generators based on technical information provided by the clients, and generate corresponding design reports and recommendations
- nteract with clients, assisting with the coordination of various stakeholders for meetings and project execution
- Visit Questor’s Field offices and project installations, fabrication shops, and client sites as appropriate
- Maintain relevant tickets and certifications in order to access worksites and workplaces (i.e., H2S Alive and First Aid)
- Assist Project Engineer(s) with project specific designs and drawings
- Collaborate with engineering support for field services and operations
