Description:
YOUR PROFILE
- Graduated in industrial engineering, process technology or comparative
- Several years of relevant work experience, ideally in an international production company
- Excellent skills in working with test- and measuring equipment
- Good knowledge of MS office
- Very good communication skills in Polish and English
- Proactive, independent and goal-oriented work-style with a positive can-do mindset
- Structured and analytical work routine with a strong focus on quality
- Willingness to travel occasionally, also internationally
Responsibilities:
- Define, introduce and qualify new, automated production methods
- Optimize and accompany production processes
- Solve technical problems with manufacturing facilities and machines
- Offer technical support to our production team
- Prepare manufacturing documentation and technical work instructions for new production technologies
- Assess/accept new production equipment at external manufacturers and in-house
- Give support in technical staff qualification
