Sunmaxx PVT GmbH is a growing high-tech company based in Dresden, Germany.
We develop and manufacture next generation solar modules that produce electricity and heat simultaneously.
This enables a completely climate-neutral energy supply - from residential and office buildings to large industrial buildings and complete residential quarters.
We are looking for a process engineer (m/f/d) starting in March 2024. Your tasks with us include:

REQUIREMENTS/LEARNING OPPORTUNITIES:

  • Completed technical college degree, engineering degree preferred, science degree or similar
  • Several years of practical work experience in a comparable production environment, e.g. semiconductor, solar, glass technology, etc.
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of thinking and working
  • Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational talent
  • Relevant IT skills (Office package, MES system)
  • Preferred: knowledge in quality and process control tools: FMEA, 8D, process change process, SPC.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally

TASKS:

  • Supervision of ongoing production
  • Responsible for assigned process plant
  • Support with facility issues, especially in connection with process equipment
  • Troubleshooting of production problems
  • Responsible for stable production process
  • Statistical process control (SPC)
  • Responsible for tool KPI’s
  • Further development and continuous improvement of production process and production quality in terms of yield, cost, throughput time
  • Close cooperation with maintenance for maintenance activities
  • Close cooperation with machine and material suppliers
  • Selection and commissioning of process equipment
  • Responsible for safety at the appropriate process equipment
