We are looking for a talented Process Engineer, who will be responsible for the chemical operations processes in one of our production sites.

Requirements:

• BSc. /MSc. in Chemical, Mechanical., Process Engineering or related fields
• At least 4 years of process engineer experience in Production Processes within a manufacturing company
• Experience in process engineering and a laboratory environment – hands-on work.
• Previous experience in R2R processes- an adventage
• Previous experience with coating and lamination of optical films- an advantage
• Previous experience with pumps, mixers, reactors, and heat exchangers- an advantage
• Creative and open-minded
• High technical skills
• Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
• High communication skills and teamwork

• Responsible for Process improvement & scale-up
• Lead complex projects such as executing redundancy plan or purchasing new instrument and machinery.
• Improving the scientific database & analysis
• Set up and maintain control and documentation procedures
• Interact with R&D and production departments
• Documenting and maintaining the production line QMS documents, along with the QA Manager
• Analyze QC results and tests while assessing the quality of the produc
