Your ‘day to day’
As a Process Engineer you will develop, along modernization projects in which you will be involved, the knowledge about product, process, machinery and organization, with the purpose to build the set of records that will allow to share this knowledge with partners. Furthermore, you will drive the analysis of project performances and process improvements in terms of safety, quality, cost, productivity, waste and work organization.

More specifically, you will:

  • Ensure that the processes fulfil the requirement, through the development of instructions/procedures and provide adequate action plans, in the controlled parameters are not within the limits.
  • Act as an expert and support the production and supporting teams for all queries related to the product / process / system used in production to consistently support the floor and maintain a high level of expertise.
  • Lead complex process and system project from the definition of options/solutions to the implementation and post projects monitoring. Ensure a proper follow up and reporting in a timely manner.
  • Create documents that covers production processes and ensure that the documentation used during the production is managed accordingly to the QMS.
  • Act as SME and provide support during internal and/or external audits.
  • Provide coaching, counselling and guidance to the production teams and less experienced peers by sharing technical expertise and knowledge.
  • Support innovation projects and the development of concepts for product and process enhancements, technical alternatives by identifying, proposing and leading improvement opportunities.

Who we’re looking for

  • Young graduated in Electronic, Chemistry, mechanic or equivalent.
  • Experience in the area of production, quality and/or lean manufacturing ideally within FMCG industry.
  • Exposure to operational environment such as Process support engineer, maintenance engineer, quality engineer, industrial engineer or equivalent would be an asset.
  • Good Knowledge of manufacturing processes for engineering materials coupled with excellent level of Problem Solving.
  • Understanding of Project management, lean principles, methodologies and tools coupled with an analytical mindset.
  • Strong collaboration mindset with the willingness to share knowledge.
  • Fluent in French and English.
