We are seeking a passionate and skilled Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting our manufacturing processes to ensure maximum efficiency, quality, and safety. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements, contribute to the successful launch of new projects, and help drive operational excellence across the organization.
As Process Engineer you will be a driving force within manufacturing engineering competencies contributing to the competencies of the department, to solve tasks and challenges within Manufacturing Development, Clinical and Commercial Builds. You are on top of GMP, have experience or knowledge about GAMP and find it interesting to learn even more.

Our Team
Phillips-Medisize Global Innovation Development is expanding our Manufacturing Development and Commercial Build team. For this we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Process and Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for process optimization, to join our dynamic engineering team.
WHO YOU ARE (BASIC QUALIFICATIONS)
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Production, Mechanical, Industrial) or similar or related disciplines
- Working experience as a Process Engineer in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong understanding of process design, optimization, and continuous improvement principles
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with ISO 13485 and 14644, GMP, 21CFR
- Fluent in English - spoken as well as written

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness
- Conduct process simulations and data analysis to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, including the application of process optimization in our manufacturing methodologies
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to ensure smooth production flows and timely problem resolution
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues and prevent reoccurrence
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process flow diagrams
- Assist with the commissioning, scale-up, and optimization of new production lines or facilities
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes
- Provide technical support and training to production teams to ensure proper process implementation and operational standards
