Process Engineer - RBA Compliance

• Lead a team of Process AE/Technicians to manage all process-related functions, ensuring efficient production.
• Collaborate with internal departments to establish and maintain a process operation flow that meets customer and business requirements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of production Working Instructions, including SFC control processes and SAP management.
• Guide operation teams through ECO changes and implementations.
• Drive process efficiency through improvements, UPH tracking, and Kaizen activities.
• Update and track the EC master list.
• Prepare and update Working Instructions.
• Provide training on Working Instructions to production teams.
• Support the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
• Assist with production during mass runs.
• Participate in ISO activities related to implementation and maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree or Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with customers, HQ/factory, peers, subordinates, and superiors.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
