Responsibilities:
Develop improved methods for delivering finished product to our customers
Serve as the primary driver for cost improvement projects for current and new operations
Act as primary technical lead for process and equipment improvement projects
Oversee equipment modifications, upgrades, and new installations
Interact with customers, T&I, Business Unit Leaders, and other Process Engineering functions to solve process issues, quality concerns and identify new or improved products or methods for delivering value-added products to customers
Stay abreast of new equipment / process developments in the Plastic Extrusion field
Subject Matter Expert in troubleshooting manufacturing
Identify and implement new/improved methods of manufacturing to improve profitability Qualifications
