Description:
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience as process engineer
- Preferably with electroplating or semiconductor background
- Knowledge & working experience in wafer plating is a MUST
Responsibilities:
- Responsible to maintain day-to-day operation of the electroplating process.
- Responsible for quality and process issues troubleshooting.
- Responsible for process improvement and cost saving activities.
- Provide up-to-date process status and liaise with production to ensure smooth production operation.
- Provide training and certification to operators on operation of processes.
- Support on new projects and other semiconductor processes.
