Position Summary: Process Engineer will be responsible for facilitating the execution of process mapping. Process mapping is charting & understand current operational constraints. This role will maintain a high focus on supporting operational flows and processes. Working directly with plant operations and all other stakeholders involved. The Process Engineer will observe activities to minimize the involvement and disruption to plant operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited Engineering program at a recognized institution of higher education
- Strong academic performance in your chosen field of study.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Any other specific requirements for the desired position.

Responsibilities:
- Making observations and taking measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved.
- Designing or modifying production processes; monitoring modifications and upgrades, and troubleshooting existing processes.
- Ensuring the process works at the optimum level, to the right rate and quality of output, in order to meet supply needs.
- Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs and changeovers.
- Preparing reports, flow diagrams and charts
- Working closely with other specialists, including: Engineers, Plant Maintenance, QA, R&D and Operations to ensure all requirements are met.
