WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:
- An Engineering Degree in Chemical Engineering or Similar.
- Sufficient Experience in operating within a Manufacturing Environment
- As a proactive and logical person, you can use problem solving, utilising the companies’ lean philosophies.
- The ability to work to critical timelines and effective interpersonal skills are key to high level performance in this position.
- As we work within a COMAH environment, alignment to these standards is critical.

Responsibilities:
- Optimize existing plant and equipment to reduce batch times, utility requirements, and downtime.
- Produce reports on plant performance, productivity, efficiency, and product costings.
- Create proposals for plant improvement projects and manage development through to completion
- Act a change manager Subject matter expert for our Management of change process.
- Carry out cost estimates, produce justifications, and raise capital requests
- Ensure project completion without incident, on time, and within budget
