Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5-7 years manufacturing experience required.
- Academic and/or practical knowledge and experience of materials science and extrusion processes strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or applicable field preferred.

- Managing and delivering results through projects and initiatives.
- Experience utilizing computer programs and Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:
PURPOSE OF THE JOB
The Process Engineering Lead for the greenfield startup in Russellville, AR provides technical and business leadership in product manufacturing and product specifications. The Process Engineering Lead interfaces across the technical network in the Foam Business to provide solutions to product manufacturing challenges as well as advances and innovation in manufacturing processes and materials. The Process Engineering Lead is the subject matter expert on all plant process, quality, and raw material areas. The Process Engineering Lead is a member of the Plant Leadership Team (NLT). As a member of the NLT, The Process Engineering Lead helps develop and deploy strategies to meet business objectives.
Reports to: Plant Leader with a dotted line to the Director of Focused Improvement, Foam & Foamglas.
Span of Control: This position will be physically located in the Russellville Foam XPS facility and will have direct leadership over the hourly position of Quality Technician.
