We are looking for a Director, Sales having diversified experience of European Market (Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Amsterdam, or Poland).

The position will be based at Farnborough, Uk.
Fluor’s office in Farnborough, Hampshire is one of the company’s main execution centers undertaking projects across Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and Central Asia. Farnborough itself has excellent transport links and is located 35 minutes from London via train.
The position reports directly to the Executive Project Director, Sales of Advanced Technologies & Life Sciences.
The purpose of this position is to manage the performance of all Process Technology activities across all disciplines in conformance with plans, specifications, schedules, and cost estimates and may oversee large, complex projects.
- Manage and direct Process Technology work activities to execute Fluor’s scope of work according to contract requirements
- Lead teams of engineers to develop drawings and specifications for study, feasibility, Front End Engineering Development (FEED), and Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, and Construction (EPFC) phase project definition and/or execution
- Prepare design margin tables to support Value Improvement Practice
- Provide assistance and technical direction to support both Fluor and client business and project development goals
- Develop departmental support programs and procedures
- Establish and maintain effective communications with engineering disciplines and project management
- Other duties as assigned
BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and eighteen (18) years of work-related experience; a recognized professional certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
- Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
- Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner
Responsibilities:
