Description:
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Third level qualification in a Mechanical, Chemical & Process or another Engineering discipline
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Process Improvement or Product Development,
- 3-8 years manufacturing experience preferably in a dairy, food & beverage or pharma background desirable
- Experience in operating within, and delivering on, the highest quality standards in the manufacturing sector
- Results driven, customer focused with high performance capability in a fast moving challenging business environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills and the ability to nurture and develop employees
