ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Process Facilitator with Life Science experience to join our Facility Operations department, focusing on project-to-operation transitions, operational efficiency, [VJ1] and technology implementation for our customers

As a Process Facilitator with Life Science background your responsibilities may include:

• combining your knowledge of pharmaceutical business processes and stakeholder engagement to facilitate decision-making and structured problem-solving
• supporting and making improvements in the execution of various project types and sizes
• providing guidance on efficient pharma facility operations, including preparing new facilities for smooth start-up and controlled operation of processes
• advising on the development and implementation of control strategies and technologies Top of Form in operational processes

In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

• A diploma or master’s degree in life science or other relevant education
• Proficient in building fruitful relationships and collaborating effectively
• Experience with facilitation, project work and stakeholder management
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Ideally, 5-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industr
