Due to an internal career move, we have a brilliant opportunity for a Process & Governance Consultant to join our team. This role’s key responsibilities include managing and supporting the Human Resources functional legislative obligations, risk management and compliance requirements, data governance, document process management, and performance reporting. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to help influence and drive these outcomes.
In this role you will partner with the extended HR leadership team, and those from across the buisness providing subject matter advice, guidance, and support.

Responsibilities:
Additional responsibilities include:
- Manage and support Functional legislative obligations, risk management and compliance requirements, including working with the HR leadership team in identifying appropriate actions, owners, controls, and ongoing monitoring
- Fulfill the role of Functional Risk Champion and maintain the Risk Register and Compliance Plan as required in collaboration with the Functional management team.
- Fulfill the role of the Document Controller, through managing document control requirements, ensuring an effective and efficient end-to-end control process is maintained across the Function, including periodic reviews and audits to ensure currency.
- Fulfill the role of the Data Steward as required for the Function and manage, coordinate, and support data management requirements with Functional subject matter experts. This includes responsibility for the functions electronic document management (SharePoint) activities
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and coordinate / have ownership of and contribution to relevant corporate policy documents (including policies, frameworks, standards, guidelines, and procedures) to ensure they are current, we meet our obligations, and identify any areas for improvement.
- Actively coordinate functional reporting requirments including monthly and quarterly performance reporting
- Review processes and workflows and look for enhancements. Engage with stakeholders to understand needs and develop solutions in close collaboration with colleagues.
