Description:
Position Overview: As the Process Improvement and Project Management Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our operational processes and managing strategic projects across the global Customer Support team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline workflows, and implement effective solutions to drive operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead process improvement initiatives by conducting comprehensive analyses of current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions to optimize workflows.
- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure successful project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Utilize project management methodologies to oversee projects from initiation to completion, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing phases.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and communication to align project objectives with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and findings to management and stakeholders.Serve as a subject matter expert on process improvement methodologies and project management best practices, providing guidance and support to team members.
