PROCESS IMPROVEMENT MANAGER
Full Time Opportunity - 100% Remote
VillageCare is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager to support our Clinical Operations and Data Analytics department. This role will be responsible for driving various process improvement initiatives that support the strategic and operational goals of VillageCareMAX. Helping drive operational excellence at VillageCareMAX through the implementation of projects with the goal of increasing cross functional efficiencies will be essential to this position.
Some responsibilities will include:
- Perform research and analysis to determine project scope, feasibility, and impact for the implementation of initiatives.
- Provide recommendations and create a roadmap for the execution of process redesign and implementation.
- Collaborate with business owners to develop flowcharts for new and existing processes.
- Partner with business owners to identify and resolve issues, facilitate meetings, and ensure ongoing monitoring project deliverables for on time execution.
- Develop tools to track and document project deliverables and contribute to the creation of key business documentation.
- Evaluate project interdependencies and identify potential downstream and upstream operational impacts to consider in the execution of deliverables.
- Effectively use data to monitor process KPIs and evaluate opportunities for process improvement related to key metrics.
WE WOULD LIKE TO SPEAK TO THOSE WHO HAVE A BACHELOR’S DEGREE ALONG WITH 3+ YEARS OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT/PROCESS IMPROVEMENT EXPERIENCE. EXPERIENCE RUNNING EFFECTIVE MEETINGS AND WORKING SESSIONS WITH VARIOUS STAKEHOLDERS. BUSINESS UNDERSTANDING OF HEALTH CARE INDUSTRY REQUIRED, PREFERABLY WITHIN MANAGED CARE. COMPETENCE WITH VISIO FOR PROCESS MAPPING, EVALUATION AND REDESIGN AND EXPERIENCE WITH PROJECT MANAGEMENT TOOLS REQUIRED. SIX SIGMA CERTIFICATION HIGHLY PREFERRED.
