SALARY: $44.46 - $52.02

We are seeking a dedicated Process Improvement Specialist to join our team in enhancing operational efficiency and patient care quality within our hospital. You will collaborate with inter-disciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative solutions and streamline workflows. Your role will be crucial in fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Reporting to the Manager, Transforming Care, the Process Improvement Specialist serves as expert in Lean philosophy, theory and tools. In addition, this position is responsible for:

  • Coaching, guiding and mentoring a culture of continuous improvement in the pursuit of an excellent patient care experience
  • Developing tools, support analysis, and implement strategies for the successful achievement of continuous improvement goals
  • Facilitating and engaging participants using the Lean Management system
  • Planning, developing and delivering education and training
  • Providing one on one coaching, mentoring and support to individual leaders, staff and improvement teams

This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic leader to show-case their strengths and talents in LEAN process improvement, process redesign, program evaluation and development. The incumbent will play a key leadership role in developing LEAN strategies and will work collaboratively at all levels of the organization to ensure quality service delivery.
