At our facility in Ashland you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging Group division as the Process Lead - Paper Machine:

• Ensure superior product quality through effective management of techniques, processes, and systems.
• Collaborate with Asset Owner and Reliability Lead to implement and drive lean manufacturing processes, including Centerlines (CL) and Rapid Changeovers (RCO).
• Work with production planners to optimize schedules and grade changes.
• Assess asset performance and implement corrective actions.
• Calibrate centerlines and develop and manage modification requests form.
• Collect and analyze data on quality and production variances; create action plans to mitigate variances.
• Share best practices with other Process Leads and train operators on CL and RCO.
• Address procedural issues with suppliers.
• Support large and small-scale projects, including machine parts design while managing SOPs
• Continuously improve standards and processes related to CL and RCO.
• Execute product development and qualification processes
