Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting to Manager, Wealth Process Excellence, the mandate of this role is to lead, develop and establish end to end sustainable process optimization with a focus on improving user experience. Following are the accountabilities:

  • Make an impact by getting things done, focusing on what matters, owning, and delivering superior results for all stakeholders in both the short and long-term.
  • Drive the three pillars in WPE as stated above ensuring processes are continuously optimized driving efficiency and productivity outcomes.
  • Deliver automation and workflow roadmap and build a rich pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Lead teams of business experts to review end to end Value Stream utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology.
  • Conduct end to end process analysis, lead Kaizen sessions, and analyze existing data with an emphasis on improving user experience and increasing workflow efficiency.
  • Support key wealth initiatives & strategic projects in creating end-to-end process visibility and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Explore new emerging technologies to support new opportunity identification and enhancing process performance.
  • Build relationships with numerous partners and business leaders to plan and execute initiatives that support strategic business plans.
  • Present to senior leaders the areas of opportunity, provide clarity on recommendations and raise awareness of potential challenges.
  • Provide thought leadership around operational excellence, digitization, automation, investment prioritization and optimal resource planning.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years of proven track record and experience in leading Process Improvement initiatives
  • Advance facilitation skills with strong experience in leading end to end Value Stream assessment sessions and Kaizen sessions with participants from all levels of business including executives
  • Great written and verbal communication skills regardless of the level of the target audience
  • Good understanding of bank policies, regulatory requirements, and operational processes
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills by completing projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to educate, advocate and negotiate.
  • Ability to work independently and within large team.
  • Ability to leverage strong data analysis skills to support project findings.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Minitab statistical software, Excel, and ARIS

OTHER EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • University degree (Required)
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/ Black Belt certification (Preferred)
  • Wealth Experience (Will be an asset)
  • Previous design/execution of projects that required D&A and RPA capability ((Will be an asset)
  • Technology project experience (Will be an asset)
