Responsibilities:
We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Process Management to join our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector.
Job role:
- Know and monitor all operation activity and processes;
- Carry out a survey of activities and procedural flow;
- Identify and implement operational improvements;
- Ensure control and verification of operational improvements implemented;
- Systematize information with detailed analysis of constraints;
- Produce reporting related to the activity.
