We are looking for motivated professionals with experience in Process Management to join our teams in Lisbon for a project in the Telecommunications sector.

Job role:

• Know and monitor all operation activity and processes;
• Carry out a survey of activities and procedural flow;
• Identify and implement operational improvements;
• Ensure control and verification of operational improvements implemented;
• Systematize information with detailed analysis of constraints;
• Produce reporting related to the activity.
