Description:

SPECIFICALLY, YOU WILL:

  • Partner with process stakeholders to map processes, perform data analysis, determine process bottlenecks and influence corrective action opportunities.
  • Map Customer Journey process / system improvements in all Workstreams.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders process owners and SME’s to develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and detailed work instructions as required.
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support the successful development of recommendations and deployment of initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to address requirements in process training across all channels, develop content in partnership with L&D.
  • Effectively utilize data and reporting on KPIs when established to proactively identify operational risks, conduct root cause analysis.
  • Manage various processes from planning through to implementation, testing initiatives with team members.
  • Provide strategic analytic support through data consolidation and analysis to support data-driven recommendations and business critical solutions.
  • Manage accurate and organized reports to monitor program/ projects in the dept. (weekly, monthly) where applicable.
  • Gather data from stakeholders and conduct analysis on key metrics specified in an assigned project or program.Create meeting presentations and other key deliverables (agendas, discussion documents, and meeting minutes).

Responsibilities:

The Merch Transformation Process Manager focus will support Staples Merchandising Transformation / Nexus. This position will be responsible for multiple deliverables, including process mapping, workback schedules, data gathering and reporting, project management functions, and supporting the Workstream Leads and Sponsors as required to drive and maintain visibility into timelines and deliverables through regular reports and analytics.
This position will work closely with Director of Transformation and Program Director to ensure sequencing of priorities, milestone deliverables, and status updates. You are supporting the resource planning activities for the Transformation initiative with special attention to timelines and deliverables.
