Process Manufacturing Engineer (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Manage production equipment introduction using IPROM, following development with suppliers, and designing and validating small tools
• Define acceptance criteria for new equipment, perform pre-acceptance and acceptance, and conduct trials and reports
• Build action plans for FDPR readiness and collect capabilities of equipment and processes.
• Set up equipment, propose PROCESS VALIDATION PLAN, and participate in PFMEA and CONTROL PLAN
• Monitor QCDM, propose improvements, optimize cycle time, update routing, and support production technicians
• Validate and promote PG RAISE, CdC standards, and SPV rules, and validate standard changes proposed by sites
• Ensure adherence to Safety and Environment procedures, maintain 5S, and report safety issues

Your profile:

• Relevant educational background
• 3-5 years of experience in process and industrialisation
• Knowledge on quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE)
• PFMEA construction experience
• Good interpersonal and communication skills in English
• Diplomatic & persuasive
• Good synthetics presentation, planning & prioritizing skills
