QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in logistics, business administration, supply chain management, industrial engineering or equivalent
  • Professional experience in logistics or SCM
  • Very good knowledge of SAP (mainly module SD) and MS Office
  • Good project management skills
  • Process-optimised, project-related and solution-oriented work
  • High level of personal responsibility and self-motivation
  • Analytical way of thinking
  • Structured, target- and deadline-orientated and independent way of working
  • Flexibility
  • Intercultural competence and team spirit
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Responsibilities:

  • Focus on continuous process improvements, digitalisation potential and development of best practices throughout the entire customer order process chain to increase performance and further develop the department
  • Developing and refining operational core processes
  • Analysing and optimising the ordering behaviour of our national companies
  • Developing, analysing and documenting key figures within the supply chain in cooperation with related departments and our national companies
  • Support with necessary process introductions in the national companies
  • Analysis and optimisation of order and inventory quantities according to business management principles and in line with corporate goals
  • Complete customer support from order acceptance and processing to delivery to the customer, taking into account all country-specific regulations
  • Ensuring the timely allocation of goods and proactive action in all matters in order to fulfil customer requirements while taking our corporate goals into account
