Process Owner
Hybrid - Swindon or London
Up to £55,000 + Annual Bonus
PayTech is growing and to maintain high efficiency we need an experienced Process Owner, using preferably Six Sigma, to help us navigate our transformation.
We are a fast-moving environment where customer satisfaction, delivery implementation objectives, solution resolution and quality are key.
This is a hybrid role based in Swindon UK.
Key Responsibilities
This position in PayTech PMO team is supporting the setting up of cross PayTech processes, their measures and maintenance.
The process owner is responsible for improving performance, making the organisation more efficient and effective.
Processes will need to be aligned with the organisation’s strategic goals, establishing process measurement systems, and educating and organising teams so that they will manage processes effectively.
The role will enable PayTech transformation to work better and smarter.
In order to succeed in this mission, the Process Owner scope of responsibilities encompasses:
Process
- In charge of evaluating, designing, implementing, controlling, monitoring, measuring business processes.
- Responsible of overseeing the completion of business processes right from the start.
- Facilitate any organisational process workshop involving liaising with users and process requirements
- Eliminate any defect in business process, ensuring top quality service delivery.
- Manage changes in process, bringing innovation to achieve business goals
- Identify, detect, and create business processes towards accomplishing business goals specific for the organization.
- Innovate without disrupting
Training and Management of Change
- Educate Business users that are responsible for the operation and management of various business processes.
- Lead the teams in changing the ways of working in an efficient manner
- Communicate new ideas and changes in processes to the affected teams
- Train PayTech personnel on new processes and inform them of changes to current processes
Control
- Carry out professional measuring and monitoring, as well as provision of feedback on performance of business processes.
- Develop PayTech capability and technical understanding and mastery of process control through data collection and loss analysis.
- Monitor and measure the benefits of post process implementation to ensure quality, efficiency, and improvement.
- Analyse operating data and statistics to identify opportunities, develop action plans, and implement process improvements.
- Troubleshoot and improve new processes

Profile
Professional experience
- Relevant experience in a process owners, senior process management or process improvement role
- Experience of managing multiple process simultaneously
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Lean Six Sigma qualifications preferred or equivalent experience
Technical skills
- Experienced with the Atlassian suite if Product such as Jira, Jira Align and Confluence.
- Experience in other process tools
- Great analytical ability to draw correct conclusions based on data collated
- Strong oral and written communication
Soft skills
- Excellent Management of Change approach
- Ability to coordinate multiple teams
- Positive attitude and outlook, determined, enthusiastic and resilient
- Ability to multi task with different process & multiple objectives
