Description:

As part of our continued strategic growth, we are looking for a passionate Process Project Manager to join our team in Belgium.
The new colleague will be part of the Project Management Department, overseeing project budgets, schedules, and technical challenges. They will also play a key role in building and managing relationships with clients and subcontractors.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as a project manager, with a focus on industrial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Knowledge of the food industry, manufacturing, and packaging processes, including layouts and technical specifications.
  • Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English.
  • Experience with project management software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • A team player with leadership skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction science, or a related field.
  • PMP or an equivalent certification is an advantage.
  • Availability for business trips and project-related relocations.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to define project specifications.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts with external vendors.
  • Help secure necessary permits and licenses from relevant authorities.
  • Determine required resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) and manage them within the project’s budget.
  • Assist in planning project operations and schedule phases to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Manage team members and allocate responsibilities effectively.
  • Lead project interactions with clients and contractors.
  • Monitor progress and prepare detailed project reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards and promptly report any issues.
